Ok then,
If you're wanting to argue about facts with the Vick brothers, the wiki articles for both list their series of violations. Of course, Marcus is clearly much more of a moron than Michael, but Michael has had a few bad run-ins himself.

Controversy in Morgantown
The 2005 season, however, saw more controversy surrounding Vick. On October 1, 2005, Vick angered fans and press in Morgantown with a display of his middle finger to the crowd during the game at West Virginia University. Vick later apologized and made no further comments.

Gator Bowl Stomp
Vick once again courted controversy on January 2, 2006, when he intentionally stomped on the leg of Louisville defensive end Elvis Dumervil with a cleated foot during the 2006 Gator Bowl. Following the game Vick claimed the stomping was accidental and asserted he apologized to Dumervil after the game. Dumervil and Louisville coaches said that Vick didn't even talk to Dumervil after the game. Virginia Tech Athletic Director Jim Weaver issued a statement from the university on the incident:
"The unsportsmanlike conduct of quarterback Marcus Vick in yesterday's Gator Bowl game against Louisville is unacceptable behavior and contrary to the Hokies Respect Campaign. Such on-field action is not reflective of Virginia Tech football nor of the values we hold at Virginia Tech. I and my colleagues in central administration are embarrassed and this athletic administration will not condone such acts of unsportsmanlike conduct. We will review and assess this incident further and deal with it accordingly."
-----------------
After an additional report four days later revealed that Vick was cited on December 17, 2005 for a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license, Virginia Tech announced his permanent dismissal from its football program "due to a cumulative effect of legal infractions and unsportsmanlike play." In response to being thrown off the team, Vick has been quoted as saying, "It's not a big deal. I'll just move on to the next level, baby."
-----------------------
Vick declared his eligibility for the NFL draft on January 7, 2006. Two days later he was charged with three counts of brandishing a firearm, a Class One misdemeanor , in Suffolk, Virginia. A police report stated that he allegedly pointed a gun at a 17-year-old and at least two of his friends in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in the 62-hundred block of Town Point Road in Suffolk. It has been reported that Vick approached the group of teenagers after his girlfriend told him that someone from the group had made disparaging remarks towards her. Vick claimed that the "gun" in question was actually a BlackBerry cell phone that was mistaken for a gun and that his accusers were trying to blackmail him. Marcus Vick was convicted and received a six month suspended sentence for this incident.
Vick was recently sued for $6.3 million by a 17-year old girl for reasons including fraud and sexual battery upon a minor. The unnamed girl claims that when she was 15 (below the legal age of consent) and a student in high school, she engaged in a sexual relationship with Vick, who was 20 years old.
------------
Continuous Legal Troubles
On December 14th, 2006, a 17 year old girl from Montgomery County, Virginia, filed a civil lawsuit against Marcus accusing him of sexual battery upon a minor, fraud, and additional charges. The lawsuit also alleges that Marcus and the girl had a nearly two year long sexual relationship and alleges Marcus offered to provide her alcohol and marijuana and asked her to have sex with other men. At this point, it is unknown whether any criminal charges will be filed in connection with these alleged incidents.

Vicks series of off-field incidents, and perceived lack of maturity and leadership has led to increased calls for the Falcons to cut ties with the quarterback, despite the financial implications to the team.

Ron Mexico controversy
In March, 2005, a woman named Sonya Elliot filed a civil lawsuit against Vick alleging she contracted genital herpes from Vick and that he failed to inform her that he had the disease. Elliot further alleged that Vick had visited clinics under the alias "Ron Mexico" to get treatments and thus knew of his condition. This led to a number of fans ordering customized #7 Atlanta Falcons jerseys with the name "Mexico" or "Herpes" on the back. Due to the media interest surrounding the case, the National Football League disallowed the use of the jersey/name combination two days after the lawsuit.
On April 24, 2006, Vick's attorney revealed that the lawsuit had settled out of court with an undisclosed settlement. [3]
Video game developer Midway Games has alluded to Vick and his Ron Mexico alter-ego in their 2006 title, Blitz: The League. Due to Midway's loss of the National Football League license (EA Sports now has exclusive NFL licensing), all teams and players in the game are fictitious. However, the "Washington Redhawks"' star quarterback is a mobile, left-handed passer named "Mike Mexico".

Obscene gesture incident
After a Falcons loss to the New Orleans Saints in the Georgia Dome on November 26 2006, Vick made an obscene gesture at Atlanta fans, holding up two middle fingers.[4] Vick has said, "I'm sorry and I apologize to all the young kids and to whoever saw me make that gesture. I just let my emotions get the best of me in that situation and it won't happen again." On November 29 2006 he was fined $10,000 by the NFL for his obscene gesture, and agreed to donate another $10,000 to charity. Vick split his charity donation to two separate causes. He gave $5,000 to the family of a local fireman who died fighting a fire Thanksgiving night 2006. He gave the other half to the Warrick Dunn Foundation (which helps support single mothers).

Suspicion at Miami airport
On January 17, 2007 Michael Vick reluctantly surrendered a water bottle to security at Miami International Airport that contained a residue "closely associated with marijuana," police said. The Falcons' quarterback entered a concourse that morning at the airport with a 20-ounce bottle that was found to have a hidden compartment that contained "a small amount of dark particulate and a pungent aroma closely associated with marijuana," the Associated Press is reporting. The compartment was hidden by the bottle's label so that it appeared to be a full bottle of water when held upright, police said. No charges have been filed, but police said the bottle would be sent to a lab for analysis.

And as we all now know, the "Miami airport" controversy has been laid to rest, but I found this (the first one) to be the most interesting:

Yes, but I also know that each violation (on those pages) is paired with numerous sources.
If there were no sources, I wouldn't even bother looking at it.
simple answer, yes...but the kid is just lost and made bad choices...probably have different definitions of "thug"
my question to you...where's your long list on Mike?
numerous sources who apparently are wrong...he wasn't and never will be charged in this incident, but yet it's made national news
Why is that?
because he's innocent??
